We currently participate in the following plans:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield Nebraska (Including Nebraska, Federal, and BlueCard plans)
• Coventry Health Care of Nebraska (Check with your plan if it uses a Carelink or MIPPA network)
• Midlands Choice (Many different plans use this network)
• Aetna (Including Aetna Better Health of Nebraska)
• United HealthCare (Including Community Plan*)

 

What about the Healthcare.gov Marketplace plans?

Marketplace plans change periodically. Make sure to contact the plan before enrolling to see if your doctor is in the network. We participate with most Marketplace plans as of 2016.

 

We are Participating providers for Medicare.

However, if you are in a Medicare Advantage plan such as Coventry Advantra and Humana, we are not contracted. You will receive out-of-network benefits.

 

We are authorized Tricare/CHAMPVA providers but are non-participating.

You are responsible for the allowed charges.

 

Most other insurance plans allow you to see an “out-of-network” medical provider if you wish. Call your insurance company or employer benefits department about your options and what benefits you can receive.
