Jared Pehrson, MD

Dr. Pehrson is a board-certified family physician who grew up in York, Nebraska. He is a University of Nebraska-Lincoln alumnus and completed both his medical degree and Family Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is also working toward completion of an MBA through Doane University.

Dr. Pehrson is married to his wife, Laurie, a native of Bruning, Nebraska, who has training as an RN and a degree in communications. They have four children, including twin daughters who wrestle for DIII powerhouse Wartburg College in Iowa.

Dr. Pehrson comes from a family of teachers and was drawn to medicine by the opportunity to combine his love of education, science, and compassionate service to others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking, traveling, volunteer coaching, and getting outdoors on local bike trails whenever possible.
