Dr. Stephanie McCarthy

Dr. McCarthy is a family physician, certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She was born in Omaha, growing up in Lincoln, NE. She earned her BA,  BSN and MS in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing degrees from the University of Texas, Austin. Her M.D. degree is from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. McCarthy has one son. She has been with the group since July, 2009, having previously practiced with Downtown Physicians Group after completing her residency in Lincoln.
