Updated insurance information must be given to us at the time of service. When you check in for an appointment, have your insurance cards ready and be prepared to provide the information before services are preformed.
If your insurance company requires a co-payment, please be prepared to make the payment at the time of service. Services may need to be rescheduled if you are unable to pay the co-payment.
Despite having health insurance there may be a variety of reasons why you will owe a balance after we bill your insurer, including deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance or non-covered procedures. We file all insurance claims in a timely manner.
