Daniel Owen, MD

 

Daniel Owen was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up he enjoyed outdoor activities, road trips with his family, and sports, especially playing soccer, eventually becoming a referee and coach of the sport. Although he hasn’t quite hung up his soccer cleats, these days he prefers hiking, kayaking and biking for exercise. After working in a hospital during his undergraduate studies he was inspired to pursue a career in medicine. He received his medical education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and got married to his wife, Kinsley, between rotations in medical school. They then returned home to Lincoln so he could complete his residency in Family Medicine at the Lincoln Medical Education Partnership. Today, he is happy to continue serving his community for many years to come.
