More About Insurance

We currently participate in the following plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska, Coventry Health Care of Nebraska, Midlands Choice, Primary Care +, Share Advantage, United HealthCare.

We are Non-Participating providers for Medicare. You pay the Medicare allowed charges. We submit your insurance claim to Medicare. Benefits for most services are paid directly to you.

We are approved providers for Nebraska Medicaid. If you are also covered by a group or private insurance plan and it has a list of participating providers, you must use one of those providers. If you are covered by Medicaid Managed Care (Nebraska Health Connection or Kids Connection) you must be enrolled in Primary Care + or Share Advantage.

We are authorized Tricare/CHAMPVA providers but are non-participating. You are responsible for the Tricare allowed charge.

Most other insurance plans allow you to see an “out-of-network” medical provider if you wish. Call your insurance company or employer benefits department about your options and what benefits you can receive.
